Target Planning and Leads
Participants will be able to prepare and manage individual revenue forecast and recognise and manage leads to maximise returns on time
Programme Learning Outcomes:
- I can explain my accountabilities within the targeting process
- I can prepare and present a client based monthly / weekly forecast for my business (*with assistance from my manager).
- I can use a Target Plan to assist me in managing by business and workload
- I can identify a strong lead and use this information to help me prioritise
- I recognise the main sources of leads for my business and can use a plan to keep on top of these
- I can explain how to manage a lead and record details
* Inductees are unlikely to be able to do this alone for a few months as their knowledge of the business and territory is likely to be limited. They will require input and coaching from their managers
