Programme Objective:

Participants will be able to maintain and use a range of effective sales support materials.

Programme Learning Outcomes:

  • I can request relevant information and present it professionally and persuasively in my media pack
  • I can update this information as needed
  • I recognise different types of testimonial and when and how to use each of them
  • I have a process for obtaining and maintaining a portfolio of testimonials relevant to my area (category) and customer base.
  • I can build testimonial information into a sales call to add weight to the case I am making

Prior Learning /Competencies Required by Participants:

An understanding of how to use sales support materials as explained in The New Business Call for Field Salespeople, is useful foundation knowledge for this programme.
